Return Policy

We have a 7-day return/refund window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We strictly accept returns or refunds ONLY in the following cases:

  • Item received is defective
  • Item received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: A valid unboxing video is compulsory for all return/refund requests. The video must clearly show the AWB (tracking number) on the package before opening. Without this, your request will not be entertained — no exceptions.

Eligibility Conditions Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return Contact us at admin@handaenterprises.shop before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there's an issue, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve it.
